What’s Included and How Much Does a Yacht Charter Cost?

The cost of a crewed yacht charter depends on the yacht, destination, season and number of guests. There are two common pricing structures:
All-Inclusive Charters
Popular in the Caribbean, these charters typically include the yacht, professional crew, meals, standard beverages and use of onboard water sports equipment. Some expenses such as premium and excessive alcohol, excursions off the yacht and airport transfers. or similar expenses incurred are not included. As well as crew gratuities.
Plus-Expenses Charters
Common in the Mediterranean and aboard larger luxury yachts, these charters have a base rate for the yacht, crew and onboard facilities. Food, beverages, fuel and other operating expenses are charged separately, often through an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA).

Crew gratuity is an additional cost and ranges between 10-20% depending on location.
